In Other News:

The Association announced on Channel 2 Tuesday night that it plans to file a lawsuit in court to STOP THE ST. LOUIS.

We have a legal team in place and are launching the second phase of our fundraising campaign to fight the St. Louis with its New York III population and protect safety of neighbors and local schoolchildren. Phase I raise more than $15,000, but this is just a down payment on retaining attorneys qualified to win a lawsuit against the City.

Donations are being made in any amount, including: $10___, $25___, $50___, $100___, $250___, $500___, $1,000___ or $_______ (Donations to date have ranged between $20 and $5,000)
